Data we process through this site

Through this website we process only the data you give us when you submit the contact form: name, work email, company or organisation, type of profile and, optionally, the message you write.

Purpose

We use that data to respond to your request, hold the related commercial conversation and keep a record of that communication. We do not use it to build profiles or to send you communications unrelated to your enquiry.

Lawful basis for processing

The processing is based on your own contact request and on the legitimate interest in handling and documenting the commercial communications arising from it.

Retention

We keep the form data for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, after that, for the period during which liabilities arising from the relationship may still be claimed. Once that period has passed, the data is deleted.

Recipients

Form submissions are processed through the site's hosting infrastructure (Netlify), which acts as a service provider. We do not transfer the data to third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to hello@eyerace.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Sports event analysis

The processing of information generated at an event analysed by Eyerace is not governed by this policy, but by the contract and the data processing agreement signed with the organiser of each race. The general approach is described in Data & Privacy.

First-party cookies

This site does not set first-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We use no audience measurement tools as at the date of this review.

Third-party services

The site's typefaces are loaded from the Google Fonts servers, which involves a connection to a Google domain to download them. Contact form submissions are processed through the Netlify forms service, the provider that hosts the site. Both providers may record technical connection data, such as the IP address, for operational and security reasons.

Changes

If in future we add tools that require consent, it will be requested before they are activated and this policy will be updated accordingly.

The figures and charts marked as illustrative on this site are examples of the delivery format and do not correspond to any real event, organiser or brand. Those marked as real data come from an analysis actually carried out by Eyerace; the names of the event and of the sponsoring brand remain unidentified until we have their express authorisation.

We aim to keep the published information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruption. Nor are we responsible for the content of third-party sites reached through links.

Applicable law

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will fall to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
